摘要
随着"全国第二次土地调查""数字国土"等一系列重大项目的开展,各类国土资源调查、评价海量数据急剧增加,为深入贯彻落实国务院、宁夏回族自治区政府关于加强测绘工作的指导意见,建设了"影像宁夏——政务服务系统"(以下简称"影像宁夏")。该系统是宁夏具有权威性、统一的基础地理信息公共平台,有力地推进了基础测绘成果更加广泛地服务于信息化建设和经济社会发展。文章详细介绍了"影像宁夏"的设计思路,主要系统的结构、技术架构以及系统的各项功能,并阐述了"宁夏—政务服务系统"的主要特点及应用范围。
As the development of a series of major projects such as ＂The Second National Land Survey＂,＂The Digital Land Resource＂,mass data on all kinds of investigation and assessment of land resources has been increased dramatically.To deeply implement the strengthening of surveying and mapping work guidance issued by the State Council and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Government,the ＂Image Ningxia Government Service System＂（INGSS） was established.The INGSS builds a united and authoritative fundamental geographic information public platform of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,which powerfully promotes the basic surveying and mapping results to serve the informatization construction more widely and achieve sound and rapid social economic development.The design thought,structure,framework and function of the INGSS are introduced in detail,and the main feature and application range are also elaborated in this paper.
