摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将55例突发性耳聋患者随机分两组:治疗组30例31耳采用常规西医治疗加服中药通窍活血汤治疗;对照组25例25耳为常规综合治疗,即用扩血管、改善内耳微循环、营养神经药物及高压氧等西医疗法。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后两组经过统计分析比较,差异有显著性P<0.05结论:中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the integrative therapy for sudden deafness.Methods：55 cases were randomly divided into twogroups：30 patients in 31 ears treated with conventional Western medicine plus Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction;controlgroup of 25 cases in 25 ears for the routine treatment.Results：The total effective rate was higher than the control,bothgroups after statistical analysis,the difference was significant P0.05.Conclusion：The integrative therapy for sudden deafness significant effect.
