从首问负责制的基本概念入手,阐述了在高校图书馆推行首问负责制的意义和必要性,并在此基础上介绍了高校图书馆首问负责制的基本内容及基本流程,为高校图书馆推行首问负责制提供参考。
Starting from the concept of the first inquiry accountability system, this paper expounds the significance and necessity of carrying out the first inquiry accountability system in university library, and based on this, introduces the basic content and basic flow of university library’s first inquiry accountability system for providing reference for promoting the first inquiry accountability system in university library.
