摘要
目的编制护士人文素质调查问卷,为评估护士人文素质提供工具。方法在文献检索和专家访谈的的基础上编制问卷条目,对237名护士进行预测,筛选条目,形成初测问卷;运用该问卷对625名护士进行调查,检验问卷的信度、效度。结果问卷各项指标均达到心理测量学标准:问卷各条目临界比值(CR值)达到显著性(P<0.05),各条目与总分相关大于0.2,具有较好的鉴别度;探索性因素分析以及验证性因素分析结果证明该问卷的结构模型较为合理,内部一致性度(Cronbach′α)为0.828,分半信度为0.746。结论护士人文素质调查问卷具有较好的信效度,可适用于评估护士的人文素质。
Objective To establish the nurses＇ humanistic quality questionnaire,that was used for providing a tool to assess nurses＇ humanistic quality. Methods According to the result of published literatures and expert interviews we developed the questionnaire items. Filtered entries by pre-testing 237 nurses,then the initial questionnaire were formed. 625 nurses were investigated. The questionnaire＇s reliability and validity were also tested. Results Each index of the questionnaire met the psychometric requirements. The CR values of all items were of significance （P〈0.05）. Values of item total correlation were over 0.2, which indicated that the questionnaire had good discrimination. The Cronbach＇s a was 0. 828,split-half reliability was 0. 746. Conclusion The nurses＇ humanistic quality questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for scientific evaluation of nurses＇ humanistic quality.
