摘要
以XFeCl3·6H2O和NaOH为原料,分别采用化学沉淀法和超声化学法合成了纳米氧化铁粉末,并对其制备工艺进行了分析比较,实验结果表明,两种方法制备的纳米氧化铁粉末平均尺寸均在30—40nm之间,且纯度较高,但化学沉淀法制备的纳米氧化铁粉末存在团聚现象,而超声化学法所制纳米氧化铁粉末颗粒形貌清晰,分散性较好。
Nanometer α-Fe2O3 powder was made by chemistry precipitation and ultrasonic chemistry with raw materials of FeCl3·6H2O and NaOH, respectively. The tow preparation processes were analyzed comparatively. The results showed that α-Fe2O3 powder had the average grain size of 30-40nm and high parity. But there was agglomeration phenomenon in the powder made by chemistry precipitation. While the powder made by ultrasonic chemistry appeared clear grain morphology and good dispersion.
