磷钼营养对烤烟生理指标及常规化学成分的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Phosphorus and Molybdenum on Physiological Indexes and Conventional Chemical Composition of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要 研究了叶面喷施磷和钼对烤烟烟叶叶片发育过程中生理指标及常规化学成分的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施磷和钼可以有效地提高PAL、INV和POD酶活性,有助于MDA含量的积累,有助于降缓SOD酶活性的降低;有利于优质烟叶的产生,对烟叶品质的提高有着良好的效应;不同处理相比,以叶面同时喷施1%过磷酸钙和0.1%钼酸铵效果最好,其次为单独喷施磷,单独喷施钼效果较差。 The effects of foliar spraying phosphorus and molybdenum on physiological indexes and conventional chemical compositions of the flue-cured tobacco during growth period were studied. The results showed that foliar spraying phosphorus and molybdenum could effectively improve the activities of phenylalanine aminolyase (PAL), inverting enzyme (INV) and peroxidase (POD) and the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA), slow down the reduction of superoxide dismutase (SOD)" activity, which were helpful for the production of high quality tobacco leaf. Compared with other different treatments, the effect of foliar spraying 1% superphosphate and 0.1% ammonium molybdate simultaneously was the best, followed by spraying phosphorus alone, and the effect of spraying molybdenum alone was the worst.
