摘要
为了解大学生的性知识、性观念、性行为状况,结合时代特点,为高校性教育的实施提供依据,结合大学生心理健康教育公共选修课进行无记名问卷调查。调查收回问卷1022份,获有效问卷426份,输入Excel进行统计处理。结果表明,在有感情或准备结婚的情况下,认为男性可以有性行为的占77.95%,认为女性可以有性行为的占71.83%;性知识获得的渠道主要是书报及杂志(73.00%),同伴朋友(67.14%)和网络查寻(41.78%);有异性性交行为的占17.84%,其中男生占29.66%,女生占11.74%,男女生进行比较存在显著差异(χ2=20.93,P<0.001)。同10年前比,大学生的性观念总体表现为更加开放;男生性观念比女生更开放,对性的渴望更强烈;对同性性行为女生比男生表现出更高的认同度。
The objective of this study is to understand the sexual knowledge,sexual attitude and sexual behavior among college students and provide the basis for the implementation of sex education in colleges and universities in view of the characteristics of the society.By the method of conducting in the public elective course of Psychological Health Education,together with a secret ballot in a questionnaire,this survey results in 426 valid questionnaires of the 1022 recovery copies by using the statistical processing Excel.It is found that boy students＇ agreement for having sex with girls accounts for 77.95%,while girl students＇ agreement accounts for 71.83% based on love or with intention of getting married;the acquisition channels of sex knowledge are mainly from books,newspapers and magazines（73.00%）,from fellow friends（67.14%）,and network search（41.78%）;investigators the respondents having heterosexual intercourse accounted for 17.84%,of which boys accounted for 29.66% and girls 11.74%,there is significant difference between boys and girls（χ2=20.93,P0.001）.It is concluded that college students hold a more open sexual attitude compared with that a decade ago;and boys are more open than girls,and have stronger sexual desire while girls show a higher degree of recognition when it comes to same-sex sexual activity.
