在项目管理中,进度控制是整个项目控制过程中重要的环节之一,它与质量控制、费用控制共同决定了能否实现包括项目的收费目标在内的各项目标,特别是进度控制在实际工作中的有效运用,这对于实现项目的各项目标进而完成项目的最终收费目标、促进公司的发展壮大以及实现各项战略目标,都有着极为重要的意义。
In project management, progress control is one of the most important links in the whole project control progress and, together with quality control and cost control decides whether project targets including charges can be achieved or not. In particular, the effective use of progress control in practical work is of great importance in realizing project target, accomplishing final charging target, advancing the Company development, and realizing strategic targets.
