摘要
在自制的中试溶剂脱沥青装置上对影响ＤＯＡ以及ＤＡＯ的收率和质量的主要因素即抽提塔顶温度和溶剂比进行了探讨，结果表明，该中试装置具有较好的溶剂抽提和分离效率。对大庆－黄岛减渣直接由溶剂脱沥青装置得到的ＤＯＡ不符合道路沥青要求，必须对其进行改质，以制得合格的道路沥青。
Some principal influencial factors such as the top temperature of extraction tower and solvent ratioon the yield and quality of DOA and DAO are discussed in a self - made solvent deasphalting pilot plant. Theresult points out that the solvent extraction and separation of this pilot plant are better, the DOA coming fromthe pilot plant directly for Daqing - Huangdao vacuum residue should be modified in order to obtain qualifiedpaving asphalts.
