摘要
高吸水树脂由于含有—COOH、—NH2、—SO3H,对重金属离子有较强的吸附性.探讨不同基团树脂对重金属离子吸附性能的影响,结果表明:二元树脂对重金属离子吸附效果最好,树脂对单一重金属离子吸附能力的大小顺序为Cd2+>Cu2+>Ni2+>Pb2+,最大吸附容量依次为331.80、182.82、165.79、23.89mg/g,其吸液性能依次为Pb2+>Ni2+>Cu2+>Cd2+,树脂对Cd2+有较好的选择性.在单一的Cd2+溶液中,树脂对Cd2+的吸附容量随Cd2+浓度增大而增大,在Cd2+浓度为3~4mmol/L时,脱除率达到最大.溶液的pH值对丙烯酸树脂的吸附性能有较大的影响,在溶液pH=5时吸附效果最好.
The SAP(super absorbent polymer) had strong adsorption to heavy metal ions because the SAP contained —COOH、—NH2 and —SO3H.The experiment investigated how the different functional groups had effect on the adsorption to heavy metal ions.The results showed that PAA-AM had a good effect on heavy metal ions desorption.The sequence of the adsorption to single heavy metal ions was Cd2+ Cu2+ Ni2+Pb2+ and the maximum adsorption capacities were 331.80、182.82、165.79、23.89 mg/g,respectively,which showed that SAP had a good selectivity to Cd2+.The sequence of the absorbency capacity was Pb2+ Ni2+ Cu2+ Cd2+.In the solution only with Cd2+,the adsorption capacity of SPA to Cd2+ increased with the increase of concentration of cadmium nitrate solution and the removal rate reached the maximum when the concentration was 3-4 mmol/L.The pH of the heavy metal ion solution had a certain effect on the adsorption property of SPA,and the removal effect under the acidic condition was better than that under the alkaline condition.Under alkaline condition,the removal rate was best when the pH was 5.
