摘要
为了减小船舶汽轮发电机组的振动与噪声,对某船用汽轮发电机组浮筏隔振装置进行了建模设计。使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对该发电机组及浮筏隔振系统进行三维实体建模,考虑机组自重变形以及不对中效应,根据平衡条件,将汽轮发电机组转子-轴承系统简化为有限元动力学模型,在此基础上讨论了船舶汽轮发电机组及浮筏隔振系统在不对中激扰力作用下的振动特性,初步揭示了隔振系统的振动规律,探讨了提高船舶汽轮发电机组浮筏隔振系统动力学性能的途径。
In order to reduce the vibration and noise in the marine turbine-generator unit,a 3D model of the marine turbine-generator unit and buoyant raft was designed based on the finite element method and established by the ANSYS software.According to equilibrium conditions,the self-weight distortion and misalignment effect of rotator system was considered.The marine turbine-generator unit rotator-shaft bearing system was simplified as a finite element dynamic model.The influence of vibration characteristics of the misalignment excitation on the marine-generator unit and buoyant raft system was investigated.The vibration response regularity of buoyant raft isolation system was revealed.And an analysis was made of approaches to improving the dynamic performance of marine-generator unit and buoyant raft system.
