基于三维磁场有限元分析的磁流变阻尼器(MRD)磁路优化分析 被引量:1

Optimizing Analysis of MRD Magnetic Circuit Based on 3D Magnetic Finite Element Analysis

摘要 对设计的MRD磁路结构进行了三维磁场有限元分析,查找到MRD磁路结构存在着阻尼间隙磁感应强度偏小的问题,并分析了产生该现象的原因。而后基于理论分析和磁场有限元分析的结果,对MRD的磁路结构进行了优化设计,使MRD阻尼间隙处磁感应强度提高了0.2T。经过仿真分析和试验对比,验证了优化设计的合理性。 By 3D magnetic finite element analysis of MRD designed ,the problem that the magnetic field of damp clearance is lower than expected is found and the reason of which is analysed. The magnetic circuit of MRD is optimizing designed based on the results of theory analysis and magnetic finite element analysis,the magnetic field of damp clearance is improved 0.2T, The rationality of magnetic: circuit optimization is validated by emulation and experimentation.
