摘要
对国内5家橡胶生产厂生产的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)1502,进行了分子量及分布、结构组成、门尼粘度均匀性检验,采用方差分析法对苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)1502的均匀性进行统计,统计量F值均小于临界值2.31,说明各厂家的样品均匀。对均匀性较好的样品进行了稳定性考察,采用t检验法考察样品稳定性,在12个月内样品t值远远小于临界值4.30,BY09、BY12样品在考察的任意一个月都非常稳定,没有明显的变化,符合标准物质研制的要求。
Molecular-mass distribution,microstructure and uniformity of Mooney viscosity of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)1502 produced by five different national rubber manufactures were analyzed.Then the variance analysis method was used to count the uniformity of the styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) 1502.The results show that the gained statistics F value is less than critical value 2.31,and it's proved that the uniformity of these samples from different manufactures is good.The stability of these samples was studied by t-test method.The results show that t-value is less than the critical value 4.30 within 12 months;Samples of BY09 and BY12 are very stability,so BY09 and BY12 are in accord with requirements of the certified reference material.
