机床灌胶结合面特性参数试验及预测 被引量:2

Experiment and forecast on characteristic parameters of machine tool′s glued joint

摘要 采用单因素试验法,分析了胶膜厚度、面积、法向压强对特性参数的影响规律及机理。试验结果表明:灌胶结合面动刚度与阻尼随着法向压强以及胶膜面积的增加而提高,而随着胶膜厚度的增加而降低。基于最小二乘回归法建立了灌胶结合面特性参数与各影响因子的预测模型,以供推算其他条件下的特性参数。试验结果为机床整机动态特性的预测以及灌胶工艺参数的确定提供了基础数据与技术参考。 By single-factor experiment, the impact and mechanics of glued thickness, area, normal pressure for characteristic parameters are analyzed. Result of experiment shows characteristic parameters is ascending when normal pressure and square measure are ascending, and it will descend when thickness ascend. Prediction model between characteristic parameters of glued joint and different factors by the method of least square is established to predicts characteristic parameters under other facts. Results of experiment provides technical reference and basic data for the forecast of dynamic characteristic parameters of machine tool and determination of gluing technic parameters.
