sEng与sFlt-1在子痫前期患者血清中的表达及意义 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨可溶性endoglin(sEng)和可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)在子痫前期孕妇血清中的表达水平及意义。方法选择子痫前期孕妇共41例,其中轻度子痫前期组15例,重度子痫前期组26例;随机选取同期正常妊娠孕妇40例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组孕妇血清sEng和sFlt-1水平。结果轻、重度子痫前期组血清sEng和sFlt-1均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期组血清sEng水平高于轻度子痫前期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子痫前期并发FGR孕妇血清sEng和sFlt-1水平高于未并发FGR孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子痫前期孕妇血清sEng水平与MAP呈正相关(r=0.571,P<0.05);sFlt-1水平与24 h尿蛋白量呈正相关(r=0.466,P<0.05)。子痫前期孕妇血清sEng与sFlt-1水平呈正相关(r=0.570,P<0.05)。结论孕妇血清sEng和sFlt-1水平升高,可能与子痫前期和FGR发病有关,两者在子痫前期作用的方向可能不同并且存在协同作用。
