摘要
分析国内外护士能级管理模式的发展与现状,在医院的支持和多部门协作下,在绩效考核的支撑下,通过健全管理机制,建立适合国情和自身状况的护士能级管理模式。护士能级管理模式包括护士分级框架、各级护士准入标准、晋级条件及制度、具体培训考核方案以及详细的岗位职责等,挖掘护士最大潜力,关注护士职业生涯规划,为护士创建职业发展平台,提高执业价值观,激发工作热情,推动优质护理发展。
The status and development trend of ability oriented nursing management mode at domestic and abroad is analysed.Supporting with the performance appraisal and coordination between departments in hospital,ability oriented nursing management mode adapting to national situation and hospital condition is established by creating management mechanism.Ability oriented nursing management mode includes nurse classification framework,access standard of every level of nurses,conditions and institutes of promotion,training planning and post responsibilities.Mining nurse's full potential,focusing on their career development,providing platform for nursing development,promoting professional value,motivating working enthusiasm is needed to promote quality nursing development.
