摘要
川西地区须家河组须二段地层岩性以石英砂岩夹杂页岩为主,石英含量高,地层研磨性强,可钻性差,长期以来其钻进以牙轮钻头为主,钻井速度较低,钻井周期长,制约了该区油气开发的速度。为此,分析了涡轮钻井系统特性、适应性以及在川西的应用效果,建议将涡轮钻井系统作为目前提高川西地区须家河组须二段地层机械钻速的有效技术,加以推广应用。
In western Sichuan Basin, there mainly exists quartz sandstone interbedded with shale in Xujiahe 2 Member (T3x2). It is featured by rich quartz, strong abrasiveness and poor drillability. Rollar bit has been used for a long time, which restricts its development because of the lower drilling speed and longer drilling cycle. Therefore, this paper analyzes the property and adaptation of turbo-drilling system and its application to western Sichuan Basin. It suggests that this system should be popularized as an effective technology for increasing the penetration rate.
