油田常规抽油机节能改造

Energy-saving improvement for convention oil pumping unit of oilfield

摘要 常规游梁式抽油机因可靠性好、操作维护方便、运行成本低等原因成为各油田抽油作业的首选。新抽油机机型因可靠性不足,有的遭到了淘汰,而游梁抽油机通过改进开发了双驴头、下偏杠铃、弯游梁等机型抽油机,可靠性较好,且又具有节能优势,无游梁式抽油机则在黏稠油开采上具有常规抽油机无法比拟的优越性。判断一种抽油机是否节能,要考虑很多环节。选用抽油机时要根据油井产液量大小、动液面深浅、含水率及原油黏度等因素进行统筹考虑,以达到节能的目的。 The conventional beam pumping unit with good reliability,convenient operation and maintenance,low operating cost has become the first choice for oil pumping operation of many oilfields.Some of the new pumping units have been knocked out because of their insufficient reliability.The beam pumping units with the improved Dual Horsehead,a biased downward barbell and bending walking beam have received favorable remarks from the major oilfield users because of their better reliability and advantage of energy-saving.No beam pumpiug units have better advantage than the conventional beam pumping units in heavy oil production.We have to consider mang aspects to judge whether the pumping units is energy-saving or not.The selection of pumping unit must be based on the liquid-production of oil well,the depth of dynamic liquid level,the water cut and the viscosity of crude oil.
