摘要
本文提出了一种新的OTA 结构。这种结构可以使OTA 的线性输入范围有很大的改善。用这种OTA 和电容器制成了单片集成滤波器.实验结果表明,滤波器的频率调节范围已超过了三个数量级.
A new OTA structure which offers improvements in line-arity and signal swing is presented.A monolithic integrated filter consis-ted of the OTAs and capacitors is reported.The experimental results showthat the frequency adjustment range of the filter is in excess of 3 dec-ades.
