摘要
本文用不同方法合成了 LaFeO_3稀土复合氧化物材料,分析它们的结构和性质,并将其制成相应的气敏元件对乙醇气体进行检测。实验证明,不同合成方法对材料本身的性能及元件的气敏性均产生较大影响。
The LaFeO_3 rare-earth compound oxide was prepared by the various met- hods.Their structures and properties were analyzed.The alcohol sensitivity of the devices which were made of LaFeO_3 was determined.The results show that the various methods have a different effects on the properties of materials and gas sensitivities of the devices.
