摘要
作者用银染技术对21名妇女服用RU-486前后的淋巴细胞染色体rRNA活性基因变化进行了研究。结果表明:服药前核仁组织区银染点(Ag-NOR)平均值为5.03±0.76/细胞,服药后为5.01±0.59/细胞;服药前核仁组织区银染联合数(Ag-AA)平均数为0.61±0.17/细胞,服药后为0.64±0.16/细胞。这两组数值经配对t检验处理,P>0.05,无显著性差异。
A new standard for identifying the stages of high resolution chromosomes was suggested. When 17q23 and 17q24 are not subdivided the mitotic cell is at 550 band stage; if 17q23 is subdivided the mitotic cell is at 850 band stage; and if 17q23 and 17q24 are subdivided the mitotic cell is at 1200 band stage.EFFECT OF RU-486 ON rRNA ACTIVE GENE IN 21 WOMEN-USERS Li Yunxing, et al. With silver staining in nucleolus organizer region of human chromosomes (Ag-NOR) and silver staining area association in NOR (Ag-AA), we studied 21 women-users rRNA active gene before and after taking the pill. The mean of Ag-NOR before treatment was 5.03±0.76/per cell and after was 5.0l±0.59/per cell. The mean of Ag-AA before was 0.61±0.17/per cell and after treatment was 0.64±0.16/per cell. Using part t test, these were no any statistical significant in Ag-NOR and Ag-AA. So Ru-486 doesn't affect rRNA active gene in human chromosomes.
