摘要
目的:比较慢性腰椎间盘突出症中药熏蒸采用入胆经活血利胆燥湿与单纯活血化瘀中药治疗的疗效。方法:197例慢性腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中药熏蒸、手法及牵引治疗。随机分为2组,一组熏蒸采用入胆经活血利胆燥湿中药(胆经组)101例,一组熏蒸采用活血化瘀中药(化瘀组)96例。2组均采用同样的牵引及手法治疗。中药熏蒸每次30min,1d1次,10次为1个疗程,分别在治疗前、治疗1个及2个疗程后进行VAS评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)评分,并进行统计分析。结果:2组治疗前VAS、ODI评分比较差异无统计学意义,1个疗程后2组均显著降低,胆经组2个疗程后VAS、ODI评分较1个疗程仍显著减低,与化瘀组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:慢性腰椎间盘突出症中药熏蒸采用入胆经中药较活血化瘀中药疗效显著。
Objective：To compare the effect of chronic lumbar disc herniation（CLDH） treated by Chinese herb fumigation inGall Bladder Meridian and simple Chinese medicine for improving circulation of blood.Methods：197 patients with CLDH were Randomly divided into two groups,one group were treated with Chinese herb fumigation in Gall Bladder Meridian（101 patients）;anather group were treated with simple Chinese medicine for improving circulation of blood（96 patients）.All patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,massage and traction.Traction and massage therapy were used in both groups.Chinese herb fumigation were taken for 30 minutes,once a day,10 times as a course of treatment.The VAS（Visual Analogue Scale,VAS） and ODI（Oswestry Disability Index,ODI） scores were collected before treatment and after first and second course of treatment.Results： There were no difference in VAS and ODI scores between 2 groups before treatment.The VAS and ODI scores were significantly lower at the end of the first course than that before treatment in btoh groups.There were significant difference in VAS and ODI scores between 2 groups at the end of the second course of treatment.The VAS and ODI scores were significantly lower at the end of the second course of treatment than that at the end of the first course of treatment.Conclusion：The effect of chronic lumbar disc herniation（CLDH） treated by Chinese herb fumigation in Gall Bladder Meridian is much better than that treated by simple Chinese medicine for improving circulation of blood.
