摘要
针对圆销类零件长度容易受到压力机最大闭合高度限制的不足之处,设计了一种圆销开合式顶镦模具。该模具设计了能够灵活打开、闭合的下模结构,可以显著增加压力机顶镦圆销类件的长度,较大程度地提质降耗,取得较好的经济效益。
Aiming the length of pin limited by maximal closure height of press machine,a new opening and closing die was designed and the microstructure was presented.The results show that the new die can meet the production of pin upset forging and get fairly good economic effect.
