摘要
高等职业院校要坚持育人为本,德育为先,把立德树人作为职业教育的根本任务。幸福是德育的基石,也是德育的终极目标。但目前高职院校的德育过程中存在着模式僵化,缺乏人文关怀;内容跟不上时代更新的需求,缺少幸福内涵;途径单一,缺乏对学生主体性的重视;机制不健全,缺少立德树人实施的保障等问题。本文在幸福观的视角下从德育的模式、内涵、途径、运行机制四个层面以及立德树人的具体成功案例来重新思考高职院校的立德树人,并以此为契机提升高职学生的幸福感。
Higher vocational colleges should adhere to the fundamental task of educating talents with high moral value.Happiness is the foundation as well as the ultimate goal of moral education.However,in the process of moral education in higher vocational colleges,there exist such problems as rigid modes,lack of human care,its contents lagging behind the pace of the time.From the perspective of outlook of happiness,this paper presents new thoughts on talents training in HVC in terms of educational mode,connotation,approaches and operation mechanisms as well as on the basis of successful cases,so as to improve the feeling of happiness of the students in higher vocational colleges.
