摘要
针对闪速炉余热锅炉烟气检测与控制的难点,介绍了风炮式反吹扫烟气在线监测分析系统的工作原理、技术特点、应用领域及应用效果。实践证明,该系统可以降低生产成本、节约能源、提高产品质量、延长炉窑使用寿命。
In connection with the difficulties of flue gas detection and control from waste heat boiler of flash furnace, the paper has introduced the working principles, technical features, application area and application effects of air gun type anti-purge flue gas online monitoring and analyzing system. The practice has proved that the system can reduce production cost, save energy, improve product quality, and extend service life of furnace.
