摘要
在对知识转移内涵进行理论分析的基础上,选取知识转移的3种方式,即科技研发合作、技术转移和引进FDI作为衡量指标,系统地研究区域知识转移对我国区域创新能力的影响关系及其在时空两个维度上的特征和变化规律。研究结果表明,知识转移对我国区域创新能力的培育和提升具有显著的促进作用,而且,不同的区域知识转移形式对我国区域创新能力产生的影响作用,在不同创新能力组群和不同时期具有明显的差异性。
Based on the theory analysis of the connotation of regional knowledge transfer,this paper chooses three means of knowledge transfer including science-technology research and development cooperation,technology transfer,and introducing FDI as the indexes to measure the influence of knowledge transfer on regional innovative capability in China.The content of research includes the feature and the space-time changing law of this kind of influence.The results show that knowledge transfer plays a significant role in promoting regional innovative capability of China.Moreover,in different periods and different regional groups with different levels of innovative capability,the role of these different means of knowledge transfer is greatly different.
