高灵敏度深小孔压电钻削测力仪的研制 被引量:4

摘要 研制了用于测量深小孔钻削加工的高灵敏度压电式动态测力仪。通过分析深小孔钻削加工的特点,明确了该条件下测力仪应具备的高灵敏度等性能。为了使测力仪具有高灵敏度的性能,从传感器测力原理及测力仪的结构等方面进行了详细论述。讨论了两种扭矩测量方法,分别设计了最简捷的测力仪结构形式,进行了相应的实验,对结果进行了比较和分析。静、动态标定结果证明,双传感器分布结构的测力仪灵敏度高,动态性能、精度等均达到规定标准。在此基础上,分别进行了测力仪灵敏度一致性实验和实际钻削加工验证测试,测量结果表明,在测力仪的测试区域内均可准确、可靠地测量出深小孔钻削力。 A kind of dynamic piezoelectric dynamometer with high-sensitivity applied in small-deep-hole drilling is developed.Features such as high-sensitivity are the dynamometer must possess which have been defined by analyzing the characteristics of the small-deep-hole drilling.To achieve the aim,detailed ex-planation on aspects is made from measuring principle to structure of dynamometer.Then the two methods for measuring torque are discussed and two kinds of simplest type structure of dynamometer are designed re-spectively.Afterwards corresponding experiment has been done,which results have been compared and ana-lyzed.Both static and dynamic calibrating results prove that dynamometer with distribution pattern of double-sensor is higher in sensitivity,and its dynamic performance and precision can reach required criterions.Addi-tional experiment on sensitivity consistency and practical drilling test has been done respectively based on the above work,which results indicate that cutting force and torque of small-deep-hole drilling can be accurately and reliably measured by the dynamometer within the measuring area.
