摘要
将枯草芽孢杆菌的培养物作为微生物絮凝剂用于农用磷酸一铵的提纯中,并依据中心组合实验设计原则,通过试验建立了提纯溶液的浊度与各影响因子的回归方程,通过响应面分析进而得到了磷酸一铵提纯过程中微生物絮凝剂的最佳作用条件:絮凝剂的培养时间62.5h、絮凝剂添加量2.7%、絮凝剂作用时间120min及絮凝剂作用温度48℃。试验表明在磷酸一铵提纯过程中使用微生物絮凝剂可使其中的砷及重金属的含量大为降低,达到了较好的提纯效果。
Incubated Bacillus subtillis was used as microbial flocculants in the purification of ammonium phosphate(MAP).Regression equation of turbidity of purified liquid and its influencing factors was established after experiments with application of Center Composite Design(CCD).The optimum conditions of microbial flocculants(MBF) were obtained with response surface analysis as follows: incubation time of MBF 62.5h,addition of MBF 2.7%,reaction time 120min and the reaction temperature 48℃.The results showed that application of MBF could decrease content of As3+and heavy metal in purified MAP liquid.
