摘要
针刺疗法被国内外广泛接受的同时,出现了多个关于不良事件的报道,引起了广泛关注。对相关报道分析发现:不良事件多由操作不当导致。笔者通过对中医古籍中有关针刺禁忌的论述进行归纳,并结合现代认识,介绍针刺疗法的注意事项,以期减少不良事件的发生,加强对针刺安全性正确理解和认识。
Acupuncture has been accepted worldwide because of its several advantages, such as simple, convenience, economical and less adverse effect. However, a number of adverse events have been reported and drawn more concerns. After reviewing published papers, we found that almost all of the adverse events were caused by the improper manipulations. In order to minimize the risk and improve the safety and efficacy of acupuncture, we summarized the contents about taboos of acupuncture in ancient literature of TCM. Announcements in the process acupuncture were also suggested combining with modem knowledge of medicines.
