摘要
目的通过经验方"中药逐水复方"外敷治疗恶性腹水的临床研究,观察"中药逐水复方"外敷的有效性与安全性。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将39例恶性腹水患者分为对照组19例和治疗组20例。对照组予以对症、支持治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上使用"中药逐水复方"外敷治疗。结果腹水疗效有效率比较,两组无统计学差异(P>0.05),但治疗组稳定率优于对照组(P<0.05);24 h尿量增加及腹胀、纳呆症状的改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组安全性比较,治疗组用药后血常规、肝肾功能、电解质与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组有4例出现局部皮肤瘙痒,更换外敷部位后缓解。结论临床研究表明,"中药逐水复方"外敷治疗恶性腹水可以提高稳定率,增加患者尿量,改善患者的部分临床症状,且药物使用安全。
Objective To conduct the clinical research of malignant ascites treated with the compress of herbal compound formula for purgating excessive fluid and observe its effectiveness and safety.Methods With random control study method,39 cases of malignant ascites were divided into a control group（19 cases）and a treatment group（20 cases）.In control group,the symptomatic and support therapy was applied.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group,the compress of herbal compound formula for purgating excessive fluid was administered.Results There was no statistical difference in the effective rate of ascites between two groups（P0.05）.But the stability rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.The 24 h urine volume increase and the improvements in abdominal distention and poor appetite were better as compared with control group（P0.05）.In comparison of safety after medication between two groups,in terms of blood routine examination,liver and kidney function and electrolytes after medication,there was no statistical significant difference（P0.05）.In treatment group,4 cases presented local skin itching that was relieved after medication discontinuity.Conclusion It is indicated in clinical research that the compress of herbal compound formula for purgating excessive fluid improves the stability rate,increases urine volume and relieves a part of clinical symptoms.This therapy is safe in the treatment of malignant ascites.
