摘要 针对云龙河三级水电站初步设计审查咨询意见及消能区地形地质特点,对其泄洪消能布置进行优化设计研究,将原初步设计坝顶表孔跌流鼻坎改为挑、跌流结合形式,实现各孔水流在纵向上分层入水,减小了下游消能区入水单宽流量,从而将原初步设计坝下人工混凝土水垫塘方案改为天然水垫塘消能方案。泄洪消能优化设计方案较好地解决了深窄河谷高落差泄洪消能布置困难的问题,能确保大坝的安全且节约较多工程投资,可供同类工程借鉴。 Optimal design of Yunlonghe hydropower station is conducted to the layout of flood discharge and energy dissipation according to the consultant comments on preliminary design and topographic and geologic features of the dissipation area.In the optimal design,the original dam crest spillway drop bucket is changed to combination of flip bucket and drop bucket.In this way,water flows in layer in longitudinal direction and reduces unit width discharge of downstream energy dissipation area,thus the artificial concrete water cushion pond designed downstream of the dam is changed to a natural water cushion pond.The optimal design can solve the difficulty in arranging large drop flood discharge and energy dissipation in deep and narrow valley,ensure the safety of dam and save project investment and provide reference for similar projects.
