摘要
为了防治抽油杆偏磨和断脱,研制了复合抽油杆旋转装置。该装置将弹簧的弹性形变引起的垂直运动转变为旋转运动,实现了抽油杆的自动间歇旋转,达到抽油杆均匀磨损的目的。利用弹簧吸收释放能量,又避免了冲击载荷的产生,减少了抽油杆断脱现象的发生,延长了抽油杆和传动零件的使用寿命。现场应用表明,该装置可以延长油井的免修期,有较好的应用前景。
The paper studied a combined apparatus for rotating sucker rod in order to control the rod's partial-wear and break-off. The apparatus can transform vertical motion caused by spring's elastic deformation into rotational motion,realize automatic intermittent rotation of sucker rod,and reach the purpose of rod's uniformity abrasion. Absorbing and releasing energy by spring,avoids the impact load,reduces the rod's break-off,and prolongs the service life of sucker rods and transmission parts. The field application showed that the apparatus can improve the repair free period of oil well,and it has good prospects.
