摘要
本文阐述了所研制的全自动CNC精车活寒止口专用机床控制系统的结构和原理,讨论了该控制系统硬件设计和软件设计的方法及特点,指出了在大批量、快节拍的生产条件下保证其可靠性和稳定性的途径。该机床已在上海活塞厂经受了一年多的生产考验,其性能价格比优于国外同类机床。
The control system of a full automatic CNC machine for finish cutting piston end mouth is developed in this paper. Approaches are discussed to design hardware and software of the control system. Meanwhile, the way is pointed out to acquire the reliability and stability under the conditions of mass production and short period. The machine has been using in the Shanghai Piston works for over one years and is playing an important role in the car piston production line. Some performances are superior to the same kind of the machine abroad.\;[
