摘要
以国外消防车驾驶室的设计人性化为启示,分析了汽车人机工程学理论在我国城市消防车驾驶室设计当中的应用性和指导性,并结合我国消防员人体尺寸作为设计的依据,论述了汽车人机工程学的价值,进而分析了用汽车人机工程学进行消防车驾驶室设计的可行性。在此基础上,结合人机工程学原理,在Unigraphics NX7.0当中使用人体建模模块和车辆设计自动化模块,提出了消防员乘坐舒适性、视野性、手伸及性和上下车便捷性等几个方面的创新设计。
Taking foreign city fire engine cab' s humanized design as inspiration, this paper analyzed the application and instruction of our countries' city fire engine cab with Automobile Ergonomics theory, combined with our countries' fire fighters body dimension, discussed the value of Automobile Ergonomics theory, and then explained the feasibility of Automobile Ergonomics in city fire engine cab. On that basis, used the tool of Human modeling and Vehicle Automatic Design in Unigraphics NX7.0, innovated the cab from aspects of fire fighters' comfortableness, hand reach and getting on off convenience based on the principle of car Ergonomics theory.
