摘要
目的调查乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者首次住院健康需求及相关知识的了解情况,以便进行健康教育。方法采用自设的乙肝患者健康教育需求自评表进行调查。结果乙肝患者首次住院乙肝相关知识缺乏,心理状态复杂。结论乙肝患者首次住院健康知识需求高,心理反应复杂,进行针对性健康教育可缓解患者的心理压力,增强患者战胜疾病的信心,让患者认识到战胜疾病的长期性和艰巨性,乙肝经过正规、规范的治疗可延缓其进展,使患者客观认识疾病,掌握疾病的相关知识,增强对医护人员的信任度,及早配合医护人员用药,促进健康恢复,减少复发,使患者及家属自觉做好隔离,预防疾病传染。
Objective To investigate the needs and related information of hepatitis B patients with first hospitalization to give better health education.Methods The self-made evaluation form for hepatitis B patients was used for investigation.Results Hepatitis B patients with for hospitalization lacked related knowledge and had complicated levels of psychological wellbeing.Conclusion Hepatitis B patients with first hospitalization have high demand of health knowledge and have complicated psychological reactions.The proper health education can alleviate patients′pressure,boost their confident to overcome illness,and make them realize the recovery is long and difficult.The formal and regular treatment can slow down the development of hepatitis B and make patients know that a good understanding of the disease can increase patients′ confidence on medical staff and improve the cooperation between patients and medical staff,which can help patients recover earlier and reduce occurrence.At the same time,the education can help the patients′ relatives administer segregation and prevent infection.
