人参皂苷Rg3对子宫内膜异位症组织中ID-1和NRP-1基因表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨人参皂苷Rg3对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)组织中ID-1和NRP-1基因表达的影响。方法采用SuperArray功能分类基因芯片检测的方法筛选EMs血管生成相关基因,并用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法进行验证。结果促血管生成的ID-1和NRP-1基因在异位子宫内膜细胞中表达明显高于在位子宫内膜细胞及正常子宫内膜细胞(P<0.05);经人参皂苷Rg3作用后ID-1和NRP1基因在异位子宫内膜细胞中表达明显低于在位子宫内膜细胞及正常子宫内膜细胞(P<0.05)。结论人参皂苷Rg3有抑制子宫内膜异位细胞中ID-1和NRP1基因表达的作用,ID-1和NRP1基因可能在EMs血管生成中发挥重要作用。 Objective To study the influence of ginsenoside Rg3 on angiogenetic ID-1 and NRP-1 gene expression in endometriotic tissues (EMs). Methods SuperArray gene chip functional classification was used to screen EMs angiogenesis related genes, and RT-PCR was used for verification. Results The expression of angiogenesis ID-I and NRP1 gene of ectopic endometrial cells is obviously higher than normal endometrial cells (P〈0.05), but that of ectopic endometrial cells is obviously lower than normal endometrial cells after ginsenoside Rg3 treatment (P〈0.05). Conchmion Ginsenoside Rg3 may inhibit the expression of ID-1 and NRPI gene in endometriosis and it might play an important role on angiogenesis in endometriosis.
