摘要
用射线追踪法和有限元法计算蜂窝夹心结构的电磁特性和力学特性,用多目标优化方法求解考虑电磁特性及重量特性的复合材料蜂窝夹心结构最优结构参数。这对现代飞行器雷达罩的设计有重要意义。
Aiming at designing a radome with excellent behaviors, we present an multiobjective optimum design method for the honeycomb sandwich composite structure (the primary structural material of radome) with electromagnetism and weight requirements. In order to obtain adequate accuracy and reasonable approximation, we use electromagnetic wave ray technique (section 1) and eight nodes isoparametric element method (section 2) to perform electromagnetic and structural analysis of the radome. In section 3, we use transmission coefficient (-|τ| 2) , reflectance ( |ρ| 2) , IPD (Inserted Phase Difference) of microwave (Δ φ ), and structural weight (W) as objective functions as shown in eq.(10). The hierarchical optimization method is adopted to express the designer′s preference of the four objective functions. Finally, we obtain the optimal structural parameters and the optimums of the objective functions. Numerical results (Tables 1 through 3) show the effectiveness of our method.
