摘要
根据生漆的化学性质、掺入假物的特点,提出了一套能快速,简易地鉴别出掺假生漆的方法。用层析法可鉴别生漆中掺入油、糖、淀粉和尿素等的类别,用自制的流动液槽比色计在625nm处测定生漆中漆酚的含量,可定量地测定漆样的纯度及掺假情况。
According to the chemical property of the lacquer and the characteristics of the impure substances, a method was testablished to identify the impure lacquer simplely and easily in this paper. It had two main Parts: 1) qualitative analysis: the adulterante of oil , suger, starch and urea in impure lacquer could be checked out by either paper chromatography or thin layer chromatography. 2) quantitative analysis , purity and the adulterantes of samples could be determined quantitatively by to test the amount of urushiol in lacquer with flow liquid cell photometer (made by oneself) at 625nm.
