摘要
本文以扬子石化码头生产管理系统为背景，介绍了在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ 环境下在线帮助（Ｏｎｌｉｎｅ Ｈｅｌｐ） 技术的设计与实现。
This paper which is based on the management system of dock in Yang Zi petrochemical corporation gives a introduction to the design and realization of online help under windows。
