摘要
维甲酸相关孤核受体α(retinoid acid receptor related orphan receptorα,RORα)是核受体超家族中的一员,广泛分布于机体各组织,具有多种重要的生理功能。近年来,RORα与肿瘤的关系受到越来越多的关注,RORα在肿瘤发生中的作用是目前研究的热点之一。研究表明:RORα的表达下调可能与肿瘤的发生有关,RORα的磷酸化可能会通过削弱Wnt/β-catenin信号转导途径的功能而对肿瘤的发生产生抑制作用。RORα具有重要的抗肿瘤作用,是肿瘤治疗的一个可能的潜在靶点。本文就RORα与Wnt信号转导途径及肿瘤的关系做一综述,分析RORα在肿瘤发生中的主要作用及作用机制。
Retinoid acid receptor related orphan receptor α(RORα),a member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily,is widely expressed in several organs and tissues,and has many important physiological functions.In recent years,the correlation between RORα and tumor has been attracted attention by more and more people,The action of RORα on tumorigenesis has been mostly studied.It has been shown that the down-regulation of RORα is probably related to tumorigenesis,and that RORα can inhibit tumorigenesis by blocking the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway through a mechanism involving phosphorylation.So,RORα has important anti-tumor actions and it maybe a potential target for tumor therapy.This article reviews the correlation among RORα,Wnt signaling pathway and tumor.The possible mechanisms were also discussed.
