摘要
患者女，60岁。因左下肢疼痛5d．双下肢无力进行性加重2d于2009年10月17日入院。患者5d前活动后出现左下肢疼痛，继之出现双下肢无力，尚能行走。期间注射最后1次狂犬疫苗，此后症状进行性加重，不能行走并出现大小便困难，发热，
