摘要
转Bt基因抗虫棉新品种金杂棉3号对枯萎病抗性的研究结果表明,转Bt基因抗虫棉金杂棉3号是一个对棉花枯萎病抗性优良的新品种,其蕾期病指为0～3.91,表现为抗至高抗;后期劈杆调查病指为1.44～1.57,表现为高抗;苗期病指为16.00～54.83,表现为感。在生产中需进行种子处理和土壤处理等预防措施。
Study on resistance of new transgenic Bt cotton variety Jinzamian No.3 to cotton wilt disease was carried on.The results showed that the transgenic Bt cotton Jinzamian No.3 was a new variety with good resistance to cotton wilt disease.The disease index was from 0 to 3.91 in bud stage,and it was resistable and even highly resistable.The disease index was from 1.44 to 1.57 in later stage,and it was highly resistable.The disease index was from 16.00 to 54.83 in seedling stage,and it was infectable.Preventive measures,such as treatment of seed and soil,etc,need to be done in prduction.
