摘要
用1 4 C示踪法研究了水稻后期光合产物的分配。结果表明 :水稻生育后期 (抽穗—成熟 )光合产物不同程度分配到穗、茎、叶、鞘 ,齐穗后 1 6d光合强度最大 ,光合产物主要运输到穗部 ,一部分到茎鞘 ;齐穗后 2 0d ,光合产物由穗转移到茎鞘 ,供腋芽生长 ,至成熟。再生稻发苗数、有效穗。
Photosynthate distribution was studied during the later stage of hybrid rice growth by means of 14 C technique.The results indicated that the ratio of the photosynthate distribution was quite different among ear,stem,leaf and leaf sheath;photosynthatic intensity got to the maximum level in the 16th day after full heading; most of the photosynthate was carried to ear,a little to the stem and leaf sheath; in the 20th day after full heading,the centre of photosynthate distribution was changed from the ear to the stem and the leaf sheath,which can promoted the growth of axillary buds in the leaf sheath until ripe stage; the tillers,effective ears and grains per ear of ratooning rice were closely relative to residual amount of the photosynthate in rice stubbles.
