4种抗肿瘤药物对人恶性淋巴瘤细胞株Raji细胞体外抑制作用的研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨柔红霉素、阿霉素、洛铂和顺铂对人恶性淋巴瘤细胞株Raji细胞体外增殖的抑制作用,为淋巴瘤治疗的药物选择提供理论依据。方法:采用MTT法分别检测经柔红霉素、阿霉素、洛铂或顺铂处理后的Raji细胞的抑制率的变化,比较上述药物对淋巴瘤细胞的抑制作用的差异。结果:柔红霉素、阿霉素、洛铂和顺铂对Raji细胞体外生长均有明显的抑制作用,其抑制率呈时间—剂量依赖关系;在相同药物剂量下,柔红霉素对Raji细胞的抑制率明显高于阿霉素(P<0.05),洛铂对Raji细胞的抑制率明显高于顺铂(P<0.05)。结论:柔红霉素、阿霉素、洛铂与顺铂均能有效地抑制恶性淋巴瘤细胞增殖,而柔红霉素和洛铂显示出更强的抗肿瘤作用。
