摘要
基于红外分析结果,本文提出一个 a-C:H/KCl 复合膜 a-C:H 层非平衡晶化凝聚的模型,并做了计算机模拟研究。模拟图形为具有良好的标度不变性的链环状分形,其分数维值为1. 81±0. 03。模拟结果表明,当图形密度变化时,所得分雏值不变,但标度区的范围随密度增大而变宽。
This article is propounding a model for the onequilibrium.crystallizationaggregation of a-C:H/KCI complex films on the results of IR spectroscopy analysis,A computer simulation has been carried out according to the model.The simulated figures are “Chain-cycle”like fractals with good scaling obtained.The simuleted results show that the value of fractal dimension not chang with increases densith of figure but the rang the rang of scaling zone increases with density.
