摘要
航材保障是航空兵部队技术保障的物资基础,开展航材保障效能的评估方法研究,对于形成和保持航空武器装备战斗力有着重要意义。针对航材保障效能评估过程中存在的不确定性因素和动态变化的特征,首先通过建立各单位航材保障效能评估指标的集对,应用集对分析理论在确定随机系统中的某一特性上具有同、异、反定量刻画的特点,提出航材保障效能的静态评估方法;然后通过马尔科夫链,分析某个单位航材保障效能的变化规律,提出航材保障效能的动态评估方法。实例计算表明,综合集对分析方法能够为决策者制定短期和长期的航材保障计划提供科学依据。
Aimed at uncertain factors and dynamic characteristics of evaluation process,a static effectiveness evaluation method of aviation material support is put forward by establishing the pairs of effectiveness evaluation index of every unit and utilizing the Set Pair Analysis(SPA) theory that has the characteristics of ensuring same different and opposite of unsure system rational depict on certain speciality.Again a dynamic effectiveness evaluation method is proposed by utilizing the Markov chain to analyze the effectiveness evaluation change rules of aviation material support for certain unit.and then,put forwarded the dynamic effectiveness evaluation method.Example calculation shows that the synthesis SPA method can provide scientific basis for the decision maker in making the strategy of aviation material support.
