摘要
韩国始终坚持教育立国,致力于构建一个"不管谁、不管什么时候、不管在哪里、不管想学什么、不管想以什么方式学,只要你想学、你总可以学、总能学得好"的"学习型社会"。在高校终身教育方面,韩国已形成了一个无人不学习、无时不学习、无地不学习的教育体系。对此,研究韩国高校终身教育的实践,学习其主要经验,对于我国学习型社会建设具有非常实际的借鉴意义。
It＇s an unforeseeably great and systematic project to improve the development of lifelong education and build a learning society.This paper discusses the successful experience of lifelong education in universities of the republic of Korea and proposes suggestions to strengthen continual education in China with respect to establishing scientific development concept,providing legal and organizational protection,broadening development channels and reforming education methods.
