摘要
目的：探讨肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断和治疗。方法：回顾性分析１６ 例本病患者的临床资料。结果：肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤１６ 例，占同期嗜铬细胞瘤２３．７％ ，１２ 例有高血压症状，无症状４例。全部病例均手术切除肿瘤，无手术并发症。结论：血和尿儿茶酚胺及其代谢产物测定对本病定性有很高的诊断价值，定位诊断依靠Ｂ超和ＣＴ。术前应使用肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂控制血压和心率，并扩充血容量。
Purpose:To study the diagnosis and m anagem ent of extraadrenalpheochrom ocy- tom a.Methods:Clinical data of 16 ceses of extraadrenalpheochrom ocytom a w ere analysed retro- spectively.Results:16 casesofextraadrenalpheochrom ocytom a m aked up 23.7% oftotalpheochro- m ocytom a during that coinstantaneous period,there w ere 12 patients w ith hypertension,4 w ith non-sym ptom atic.Totalexcision ofthe tum orw as perform ed in allcases and no com plications w ere found.Conclusions:The m easurem ent of catecholam ines and it′s m etabolites in blood and urine w ere valuable for the diagnosis,the m ain m ethod oftum or localization w ere Bultrasonograhy and CT.The preoperative adm inistration of adrenergic blockers to control blood pressure and heart rate,the expansion ofm alignantpheochrom ocytom a dependsm uch on long-term clinicalfollow up.
