摘要
选用阳离子表面活性剂1227、1631和双辛烷基二甲基溴化铵(D822)与非离子乳化剂OS-15结合对TCMTB进行乳化,复配了一种高效复合型防霉剂;通过最低抑菌浓度(MIC)法对其抑菌效果进行评价。试验表明:1227对TC-MTB具有良好的防霉增效作用,其MIC均在1.0mg/mL以下;采用1227与OS-15结合乳化TCMTB可制备一种新型防霉剂,该防霉剂对蓝革有优异的防霉效果,其性能与Busan30L相当。
TCMTB was emulsified with cationic surfactants dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (1227), cetyl trime- thyl ammonium chloride ( 1631 ), dual sim alkyl bromide and non - ionic emulsifier OS - 15, and an efficient .antifungal compound was made. Then its inhibitory effects was analied by Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC). The results show that 1227 has a good mold synergies to TCMTB, and all the MICs are below lmg/mL. A new type of fungicide is got by using 1227 combined with OS - 15 to emulsify TCMTB, it has a good mildewproof effect and its performance is near to that of 30L.
