摘要
目的:研究血液凝血过程对自发性脑出血脑水肿的影响。方法与结果:我们参照Bullock和Yang方法制作成功大鼠自体定量新鲜无肝素未凝动脉血脑出血模型,并予改进,该模型成功率达80%,稳定性强,容易操作,大鼠全身反应小,便于观察。结论:是一种较理想的研究实验性脑出血后脑水肿的模型。
Aim: To study a model of brain edema following intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. Methods & Results: The model is designed for investigating the role of the coagulation cascade in brain edema formation caused by intracerebral blood. Conclusion: The model minics the natural event that occurs with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in humans and has more features.
